Managed AI (optional)

You own it. We keep it perfect.

Here’s what nobody warns you about AI: it isn’t a toaster. Software updates every month. Models drift. Your business changes prices and hours. Someone has to keep your agents sharp, or they quietly get stale. That someone can be you, or it can be us. One flat monthly fee, cancel anytime. Most clients add it after their AI pays for itself. Some run it themselves. That’s fine too, it’s optional, never forced.

Why it matters

Why your AI needs care

The honest reason

Software changes. Your AI has to keep up.

QuickBooks updates. Google changes. WhatsApp adds features. Every one of those updates can quietly break your integration. And your AI is only as good as the business it knows: you raise prices, add a location, change hours, and your AI better know, or it’ll tell customers the old number. Left alone, an AI drifts. That’s not a flaw, it’s just how software works.

The 9pm problem

When something breaks, it breaks at night.

An integration fails on a Friday night and your AI stops answering calls. Unmanaged, you’re debugging it yourself at midnight. Managed, our monitoring catches it, we fix the connection, and by morning your AI is answering like nothing happened. You find out from the report, not from an angry customer.

What’s included

What management actually covers

Monitoring and fixes, around the clock

We watch your agents 24/7 and fix problems before you notice them. Software updates, broken integrations, API changes, handled. You’re not watching a dashboard; we are.

Patching and upgrades

When your tools update, your AI updates with them. We catch the break and fix it.

Monthly tune-up

We tune your prompts and workflows as your business changes, and send a plain-English summary of what improved and why.

Named engineer

A direct line to the person who built your system. Not a ticket queue, not a call centre.

The stack clause

If a provider raises prices or a model gets deprecated, we re-benchmark and switch. You’re never held hostage to one vendor.

Where this fits

Anyone whose AI does real work.

  • Clinics and practices. The receptionist and scheduler never stop, so neither does the care.
  • Service businesses with a fleet. Dispatch, invoicing, and follow-up agents that must keep running every day.
  • E-commerce and retail. Order and support agents that work during the hours you don’t.
  • Agencies and studios. Content and client-service agents that only pay off if they stay sharp.
  • Any business that runs its own stack. QuickBooks updates, WhatsApp changes, a model drifts, someone has to catch the break. That someone can be us.

A flat deployment fee in writing. Optional management only if you want it.

The cost part

Why it matters

Most agencies hand you the AI bill and call it done. We manage the bill too.

Your AI runs through an open-source gateway, LiteLLM, that does two things you will feel: it routes each task to the right model, so you are not paying premium prices for routine work, and it tracks every dollar per task, with limits you set. Its memory lives in Qdrant, on your own documents, which also caches the questions that repeat so you are not paying twice for the same answer. And we compress the repeated boilerplate before it reaches the model, using context compression only when it pays off. The result is a bill you can read, a cap you control, and a monthly fee that stays optional.

What managed looks like

The clinic that found out from the report.

A clinic runs an AI receptionist, a private cloud, and a security monitor. At 2am the phone integration breaks. Our monitoring catches it, we fix the connection, and by 8am the receptionist answers every call like nothing happened. The owner finds out from the morning report, not from an angry patient. That’s what the monthly fee buys: things that break get fixed while you sleep.

What you can expect

What you can expect from us

  • One flat monthly fee. No per-call charges, no metered billing, no surprises. Model cost is passed through transparently or on your own keys, never a hidden margin.
  • Cancel anytime, thirty days’ notice, you keep everything.
  • You still own it. Management is a service we provide to you, not a leash.
  • We tell you when you don’t need it. If your setup is simple enough to self-manage, we say so and show you how. We’d rather earn the fee every month than trap you into it.

The honest part

One fee

in writing, before we start

You know the number before anything is built. You own what we build together.

Pricing

Own it. Manage it only if you want.

One deployment (e.g. your AI Receptionist)

from $147/mo

Care for a single agent, like your AI Receptionist

  • Billed monthly, cancel any time
  • Optional. The deployment is already yours
  • Monitoring, patching, and a monthly tune-up
  • 30 days of support after launch included

A couple of deployments

from $247/mo

Care for two or three agents working together

  • Billed monthly, cancel any time
  • Optional. The deployments are already yours
  • Monitoring, patching, and a monthly tune-up
  • 30 days of support after launch included

Everything we’ve built for you (Managed Fleet)

from $497/mo

Care for everything we have built for you

  • Billed monthly, cancel any time
  • Optional. Every deployment is already yours
  • Monitoring, patching, and a monthly tune-up
  • 30 days of support after launch included

Every deployment comes with a support floor for the first 30 days after launch, so you’re never on your own right after the build. Why it’s fair: an AI agency retainer runs $500-2,000/mo and is mandatory. Our management is optional and cheaper, because the build is already yours.

FAQ

Straight answers

Is management required?

No. Pay the one-time deployment fee and it’s yours to run. Add management only if you want us to keep it perfect. Cancel anytime.

What happens if I don’t add it?

Nothing breaks automatically. But when software updates or your business changes, you’ll need to keep the AI tuned yourself. We show you how in the handover docs.

What if something breaks at 2am?

Managed clients get monitoring and alerts around the clock. Unmanaged clients reach us during business hours.

Do you charge extra for model usage?

No hidden fees. Model cost is passed through transparently or billed to your own keys. The monthly fee covers care, not margins.
