Managed Linux VPS
Your own server, managed by a human.
Your CRM, your website, your internal tools, on a secure Linux server you control. We set it up, harden it, keep it updated, and watch it. Instead of paying per-seat SaaS fees for a dozen cloud tools, you run your own software on hardware you point to. One flat fee to deploy. A monthly fee only if you want us to manage it.
In plain words
What this is
A VPS is a server you rent by the month. Most people rent one and become the engineer.
Updates, security, backups, breakage, all yours. We change that. We provision a hardened Linux server on infrastructure you choose, install your applications, set up backups and disaster recovery, and keep it healthy. When the price of the SaaS goes up again, yours does not.

The math
The business that stopped paying for a cloud it didn’t own.
A business runs its CRM, its website, and an internal tool. Between per-seat fees and per-feature add-ons, it pays $300-600 a month and the data sits on someone else’s cloud. We deploy a managed server: $600 to set up, $39 a month to manage. The same software runs on hardware the owner can point to, updated and backed up, for a fraction of the bill.

Where this fits
The server is the engine room, whatever you run.
- Web and e-commerce shops. Your site and store on a server you point to, updated and backed up.
- Agencies and studios. Client sites, staging areas, and internal tools without per-site hosting bills.
- Clinics and practices. Practice tools and records on hardware you control, with tested restores.
- SaaS and app teams. Staging, databases, and deployments on a hardened box with direct access to the engineer.
- Any business paying per-seat SaaS. The CRM, the booking tool, the internal app you rent by the user, consolidated onto one owned server.

- A hardened server, not a default install. We lock it down before your data goes on it.
- Your applications installed, updated, and monitored.
- Backups with a tested restore.
- Direct access to the person managing it, not a ticket queue.
- The data stays off someone else’s cloud, on hardware you control.

FAQ
Straight answers
Is a VPS the same as a dedicated server?
A VPS is a virtual server on shared physical hardware. For most businesses it is more than enough and far cheaper. We will tell you which you actually need.
Who manages the security?
We do, if you add management: updates, hardening, monitoring, backups. Without it, we hand you the documentation and you are the admin.
Can I add AI later?
Yes. The server is the foundation your AI agents run on, safely, on your own data. The routing layer (LiteLLM) and the memory (Qdrant) can live on the same box, so the AI’s brain and its budget stay on hardware you control.
